Im Lisa Heinricks, founding artist and creator of Urban Buckles.
Urban Buckles was launched in 2007. The buckles model my art, a painting truly wearable. Mostly known as a painter, I am very curious and wanted to see what kind of trouble I could make for myself. I've had many ideas, some causing more trouble than they are worth but my buckles have stuck and are bar far the funnest thing I've created. I also do custom buckles when I get free time in which I make time... after all I am an artist - "I live for the expression of art."

The creativity does not stop there my friends, you will also find many different hand painted, one-of-a-kind buckles, and the latest to Urban Buckles are handcrafted leather bags. Completely hand made, durable leather and of course one-of-a-kind.
